This is a legal agreement between you and Andreas Seidel (ASTYPE).
By using the font software, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, promptly discontinue use and delete all copies of the font software.
License & Usage Rights
Upon payment of the licensee fee, you are granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the font software on a number of computers within your organization as determined by the number of licenses you have purchased. You can purchase additional licenses at any time. The number of output devices is not restricted, provided that these devices do not store the font software permanently.
Copyright, Credits, Trademarks & Modifications
You agree that the font software are the intellectual property of and are owned by Andreas Seidel. All rights reserved unless expressly granted in this agreement. You agree to credit ASTYPE as the trademark and copyright owner of the font software and list the font names in any design or production credits. The font software may not be modified, translated, de compiled, disassembled, re digitized, rented, sold, given away, leased, sub-licensed or loaned in any form. Additionally, you agree to take all steps necessary to prevent any third person from duplicating or distributing the font software.
Storage, Backup & Printing
All equipment accessing the font software must be at one physical location and be operating under one organization. For a multiple or shared usage (e.g. LAN networks) you need a license for every computer/workstation. You are allowed to make a backup copy of the font software. You may give a copy of the font software and this agreement together with your release file to your service bureau if the service bureau agrees to delete the font software immediately after exposing/printing your release file.
Embedding, Online Documents & Interactive Media
Embedding of the font software into electronic documents (e.g. PDF files) is permitted in a secured "Preview & Print" mode. You must ensure that recipients of electronic documents cannot extract or download the font software from such documents or use the embedded font software for the creation of new documents. Embedding the font software into other software, interactive media or electronic devices (e.g. Video Games, DVDs, eBooks, Media Streams, Websites) requires a special license.
Warranty
ASTYPE cannot be held responsible for any damages caused or supported by you and/or third party resulting out of any use of, or inability to use, the font software.
Final Provisions
Should individual terms of this contract become invalid or unenforceable, all others will remain in full force and effect. This contract is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. You acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
